Sleep with the Goddess
A Dream
Your breast yields to my eyes the forms of the shells that in the clasping hands sense's pleasures repel,
Like alluring charm of the foams of a violent sea kindled by the golden light of a sunset,
Your bosom attracts, deceives, drags me to a dream,
Where lying in a northern light in a sandbeach I wish to make love with a goddess without form or weight.
In the confinement of this ethereal bed I kiss, respire, exhale, inhale and disperse sounds,
As if, in an innocence's paradise like a bird flying unrestrained ,
I seek freedom where all bondage of morality are exempt from ethical bounds.
In emotion's credulous bonds the lips draw and haul,
In the softness of the flesh that pleasures refresh,
In assurance of joy,
I pause, repeat...
In a strange metamorphosis feel turned into the foams washing over a beach and then returning to the sea.
Like in a sandbeach not visited for centuries,
Where a stranger in a wilderness in emotion's delight foams embrace,
Serenading the night's idyll songs lie in the beach to feel under the midnight light the sky's sublime rest,
As love's cool dews dwindle in the flesh,
In a sandbeach of dream I feel your arms fold across my chest.
Like in bedchamber's sleeping scent,
Where the hidden shadows cross and bend and copulate in rhythms with the darkness of the sense,
The sky carries the scents of the flesh and rhythms of the flames,
The desires...inside...outside...
In the vastness of time and space,
Before the morning bursts forth in supernal blaze,
And the cosmic void the nightly passion's aversion confesses,
Wish to bend on a body to undress and violate a goddess,
In whose face the stars, as desires of the earthly will, twinkle and vacillate.
Oh ignis fatuus of the night!
Will-o'-the -wisps!
Do not be afraid of the passion of the human eyes.
Tell me who are you ,
Who has dragged me out like a dream dragging the day out of the night ?
