The promethean man, seeking Heaven, refutes the power of the gods, challenges the forces of nature, asserts himself against destiny, and sails as an adventurous sailor without showing any respect for Heaven. He sails through tumultuous storms and raging fire under fearful lightening and thunder in the sky. It is his battle against the gods that brings his destruction. After this battle and struggle he is reborn again. As a dreamer, who seeks beauty and love, he leaves the seashore and moves towards the froest path.
