Hell
Paradise and Hell
In a self-willed folly I have followed the beauty's magic song,
And now the eyes are pierced by multiple thorns.
O poet!
Inside the visible world there exist many invisible worlds you said,
But I refused to believe because I was followed by the destiny that me to this blindness led.
O wild darkness profound!
When in the pain-stricken eyes' blood bathed cave,
The darkness penetrates like in a grave,
I feel alone and desolate in the hands of fate,
When in the charred hollow sight the awful shadows' anarchy rise,
From the depth of the soul arrive the darkened tides,
And lash the mind with a lawless pride,
In the mystery's deepening gloom ,
I am a man shattered and doomed.
O darkness!
While the eyes remain blind and paralysed,
The lights adorn the beauty in the hunter's eyes,
As the hunter moves towards the sunlight abducting the beauty by force,
The awful shadows float in my mind in destiny's invisible course,
As the hunters gallop hurling triumphant laughter in the dales and the vales,
While the destiny imprisons the dreaming eyes in a desolate darkness covered with misery's veil,
This forest is a hunters' paradise, and the dreamer's Hell.
O darkness! hurling laughter in pride bestriding a steed,
As the hunter flees in the horse's triumphant speed,
I do not know what I should believe :
God, destiny, that are covered in the mystery that no mortal eyes can see ?
Or , freewill and reality where man lives like Aristaeus, who raises passion's bees ?
O darkness!
Like a man of tragic breed !
I helplessly bleed,
When destiny has dragged man in a hideous path where efforts to undo it will turn in vain,
When attempts to free oneself will captivate man in chains,
In this dream veiled lane,
I see no path where the mortal lifes misery may end.
I do not know how I shall get out of despair and pain.
O blindness permeating the cells!
Penetrating through the eyes' bloodful trails!
As pains fork out as lightning in glow,
In a dread quaking of the eyes the blood's horrors flow.
In this bleeding world the oozy flowers and foliage
Breathe in the tormented soul's wafting breeze.
As the hunter carries off the beauty in skye speed,
Towards the sun strewn path astride on the steed,
In my mind an anarchy rides,
Chaos wreathes and rises to the height carrying darkness' tumultuous tides,
In soul's bewilderment in a tomb of pain,
Why do I still search the beauty in vain ?
O Diana! Luna! Artemis!
Blind Orion's love stricken flame!
Dreaming Endymion's shinning Phoebe, the symbol of beauty in life's darkened cave!
Like Orion fleeing from misery towards Helios on the waves,
Where Eos opens her purple sails,
While your arrows are stringed to free the mortals from the bondage of life,
As the darkness stretches as the boundless ocean,
This tormented heart swells,
The tides of the billowing mind surge in the blood's salted waves,
A dream, that will open the gates of light,
Where Helios will rise, and Eos will bring back the sight,
In the realm of the goodess of death the mortals wait.
O goddess of the moon!
The virgin of the forest who brings her suitors to their dooms!
O goddess of chase!
Whose hounds tear in pieces the mortal's flesh!
O endower of destiny!
The sister of Apollo chasing desires and moving with stags with the nymphs and the maids!
O possessor of the silvery bow and the quiver of arrows!
The goddess of birth and the sender of plague !
In this paradise and Hell,
Hear the mortal's cry and yell.
Between the man and the beast,
Between death and life,
Between the earth where the scorpion's bite and the sappy foliage where springs forth life in a flood of light,
The life is a paradox,
A freedom in an exile.
O poet! I find no way..............
